If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting us at support@swedie.com please include your order number. Once an order has been shipped and fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.

We ship mainly to Canada, and the United States. Availability may vary depending on local regulations and carriers, so we recommend checking our shipping page for the most up-to-date information on delivery options and status in your region.

Shipments to Canada average 3–5 business days, to the United States 3–6 business days, and to Australia 3–7 business days. Delivery times may differ depending on local carriers and customs procedures.

On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Discount code" Enter a promo code or gift card there, and click Apply to have the discount immediately reflected in your order total. Separately, if you have Swedie store credit, that is added under the Payments section of checkout, once you’re logged into your account. Store credit is applied as an alternate payment method.
