Delivery times vary by region. Orders within the EU typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Shipments to Canada average 3–5 business days, to the United States 3–6 business days, and to Australia 3–7 business days. For other destinations, delivery times may differ depending on local carriers and customs procedures.

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to import duties, excise taxes, or sales taxes as required by local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this tracking number at any time to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that UPS does not deliver directly to PO Boxes. In these cases, your shipment may be transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that PO Box deliveries can be received at the destination and to monitor the shipment status with their local carrier.
When an order is held in customs, there are only two possible outcomes:
1) The package is released and delivered to you. In this case, we kindly ask that you wait until the clearance process is complete.
2) The package is returned to us. If this occurs and we receive the return, we will issue a refund for your order.
Customs procedures are outside of our control, but we will always ensure you are refunded if your order is sent back.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to a shipment in transit. Only the receiver is able to request modifications through the carrier. The best way to manage your UPS delivery is through the UPS mobile app signed in to your UPS My Choice account. This allows you to track shipments in real time, and make other adjustments all without the need to contact customer service directly.
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (local time). Carriers do not pick up shipments on weekends or public holidays. While packages already in transit may continue to move within the carrier’s network, new orders placed after dispatch hours will be shipped on the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
